Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a recent purchase we are happy to consider your request for an exchange or provide store credit. , we accept returns for up to 7 days. 7 days commences from the day the courier company delivers your product.

Please note that it must be unused, lace uncut and undamaged and in its original package. Our products are considered hygienic products, therefore we cannot offer cash refunds on a purchase for health concerns. The return shipping fee to South Africa is to be paid by the buyer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
