Which delivery service do we use?​

We use  DHL Express for shipping all orders made; it takes about 5-10 working days, depending on the country and city where the order is received. Once an order has been shipped, we provide the client with a tracking number and the URL for tracking the order. We are not responsible for postal delays. We advise the client to wait for the order before making any booking or salon appointments.

How long after making a payment can I receive my tracking number?

1) For “ready to ship” products(dreadlocks), we ship out within 1-3 days after payment is confirmed.
2) For customized braids wigs, we take from 3-5 days to make the products as we consider  your color choice, desired length, and design
